[Object] To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids from Fritillaria unibracteata.[Method] Based on the single factor test,the extraction process of total alkaloids from Fritillaria unibracteata has been optimized through orthogonal design L36(42×32).[Result] The optimum extraction process was as follows:particle size of 200 meshes,alcohol concentration of 75%,extraction duration of 30 min,extraction time of one,among which,extraction time had extremely significant effect on the result(P<0.01﹚,and the particle size had significant effect on the extraction result(P<0.05﹚,while extraction duration and alcohol fraction had no significant influence on the result.[Conclusion] The study would provide scientific references for the production,quality control and reasonable utilization of Fritillaria unibracteata resources.
