目的对肺癌根治术患者实施治理护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2014-01-2016-01收治的86例实施肺癌根治术患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。对比两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果从护理总满意度方面对比,观察组为95.35%,对照组为83.72%,两组对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;从并发症发生情况方面对比,观察组并发症发生率为6.98%,对照组为16.28%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予肺癌根治术患者优质护理措施,能够有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,患者护理满意度较高,在临床中有推广的价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of implementing management nursing in patients with radical resection of lung cancer. Methods Totally 86 patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given quality nursing. The two groups of patients were compared with nursing satisfaction and complication rate. Results Compared with the total satisfaction degree of nursing, the observation group was 95.35% and the control group was 83.72%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Comparing with the complications, the complication rate in observation group was 6.98 %, Control group was 16.28%, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusions The quality nursing measures for patients with radical resection of lung cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the patients’ satisfaction with nursing care and have the value of promotion in clinical practice.
