目的:考察酸碱对药大黄与黄柏在大黄硝石汤中配伍后酸、碱性成分的变化情况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对大黄、黄柏单味药提取液,大黄、黄柏对药提取液及全方提取液中蒽醌类成分和小檗碱的提取量进行了测定。结果:蒽醌类成分及小檗碱的提取量随着单药、对药及全方的配伍变化,水煎煮降低趋势明显,乙醇提取变化不明显,且提取量不及水提取。水煎煮单药与对药之间变化趋势尤其明显,而小檗碱的变化趋势较蒽醌类成分更明显。结论:大黄、黄柏单煎和乙醇回流,大黄、黄柏对药煎煮和乙醇回流,大黄硝石汤全方煎煮和乙醇回流,酸、碱性成分的提取量发生有规律的变化。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of acid and alkaline components of Rhubarb and Phellodendron flavonoids mixed with Rhubarb and Bentonite in the treatment of acid and alkali. Methods: The contents of anthraquinones and berberine in extracts of Rhubarb, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhubarb and Rhubarb were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The anthraquinone components and berberine extracts with the single drug, the compatibility of drugs and all the changes, decoction obvious declining trend, ethanol extraction did not change significantly, and the extraction capacity less than water extraction. The decoction between decoction and drug decoction is particularly obvious, while the change tendency of berberine is more obvious than that of anthraquinone. Conclusion: Rhubarb, Cortex Phellodendri single fried and ethanol reflux, Rhubarb, Treats decoction drug and ethanol reflux, large-scale nitrification soup boiling and ethanol reflux, the extraction of acid and alkaline components of a regular change.
