患者女,75岁。患者6个月前开始头、面部及双上肢反复出现多形性皮疹,为大疱性或水肿性紫斑,有时紫斑上也可形成大疱,破损后流水,结痂,迁延不愈。1981年11月22日突感心悸、胸闷、呼吸困难、发热而来院就诊,翌日入院。体检:体温38℃,脉搏90-100次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压70/50mmHg。精神萎糜,颜面浮肿,左面部可见一黄豆大皮损结痂,双肺散在中、小水泡音,心界向两侧扩大,心率110次/分左右,节律开始整
