乌克兰能够成为世界上从事航天活动的国家之一,一方面得益于其高水平的科学技术和生产潜力;另一方面是由于实施了自己的空间项目,并参与了国际空间活动。组织与发展乌克兰与外国的合作,是乌克兰航天局的首要任务。国际合作的主要目的在于,创造有利于乌克兰航天行业参与国际空间项目的国际法律环境,促进企业的对外经济活动,积极、稳定地参与空间服务市场。
Ukraine can become one of the countries that engage in space activities in the world, benefiting not only from its high level of science, technology and productive potential on the one hand, but also from implementing its own space project and participating in international space activities on the other. The organization and development of Ukraine’s cooperation with foreign countries is the primary task of the Ukrainian Space Agency. The main purpose of international cooperation is to create an international legal environment conducive to the participation of the Ukrainian aerospace industry in international space projects, promote the foreign economic activities of enterprises and actively and steadily participate in the market for space services.
