十六届三中全会结束后,中国证监会党委立即召开党委会,传达、学习会议精神,并进行了认真讨论。随后,会党委又组织全体局级干部学习会议精神。在《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)发表当天,中国证监会召开会机关及在京单位处以上干部大会,深入学习十六届三中全会《决定》精神。中国证监会党委书记、主席尚福林在会上做了重要讲话,要求证监会系统全面学习、深入领会三中全会《决定》精神,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,积极推动我国证券期货市场的改革开放和稳定发展。
