某公司一台规格型号为QD100/50-22.1A6S的通用桥式起重机所有机构电机(主钩、副钩、大车、小车)均采取YZR绕线转子串电阻调速,通过不间断切断转子电阻来达到调速的目的。起重机共设置大小车组合柜、主起升柜、副起升柜三个电气控制柜。因采用转子串电阻调速,吊装定位精度差、电气部件故障率高、电阻发热量大,已经不能满足使用单位实际生产的需要,拟对其进行变频改造。
