本文围绕提升中文科技期刊文化自信和竞争能力的核心问题,运用布鲁克斯情报学与达文波特知识管理理论,探讨国际化背景下科研综合体核心能力与科技期刊国际化水平的关系,分析产品制造技术和知识创新的现状与问题。建议重视科研综合体内部科技信息共享与吸收,制定知识服务基础设施支持创新的战略规划,解决科研综合体自身创新能力不强的问题。期待促进中国制造向中国创造转变,中国速度向中国质量转变,中国产品向中国品牌转变。
Focusing on the core issue of enhancing the cultural self-confidence and competitiveness of Chinese sci-tech periodicals, this paper explores the relationship between the core competence of sci-tech periodicals and the internationalization of sci-tech periodicals under the background of internationalization by using Brooks informatics and Davenport theory of knowledge management. Status Quo and Problems of Technology and Knowledge Innovation. It is suggested to attach importance to the sharing and assimilation of scientific and technological information within the scientific research complex, to formulate a knowledge service infrastructure to support innovative strategic planning and to solve the problem that scientific research complex itself is not capable of innovation. Looking forward to promote China to create a change to China, China’s speed to China’s quality change, China’s product brand to change.
