民艺创新与发展,对当地的经济发展、文化独特性的重要性毋庸置疑。高校教育体制、文化创意产业人才培养对民间艺术资源的吸纳,在传承、弘扬、保护原生态民族文化方面意义重大,同时对当地经济社会发展也会起到积极的推动作用。文章以辽宁民艺创新为例,提出从教育理念、课程体系创新、更新教学方法、校企结合等方面,加强辽宁民艺与高校创意人才培养的具体模式与途径。
The innovation and development of folk art is of great importance to the local economic development and cultural uniqueness. The education system of colleges and universities and the cultivation of talents in cultural and creative industries attract the resources of folk art and are of great significance in inheriting, carrying forward and protecting the original national culture. At the same time, they will also play a positive role in promoting the development of local economy and society. Taking Liaoning folk art innovation as an example, the article puts forward specific modes and ways to strengthen Liaoning folk arts and creative talents training in colleges and universities from the aspects of educational philosophy, curriculum system innovation, updated teaching methods and the combination of school and enterprise.
