采用150keV不同注入济量的Ar-离子,对特种聚氯乙烯(R-PVC)材料注入,进行抗静电改性,使材料表面静电特性得到显著改变。对比实验和近九年的静电性能跟踪测试表明:在相同条件下,改性材料与未改性材料相比,表面电阻率下降四个数量级以上,静电半衰期由数小时减小到秒量级,抗静电性能稳定。与化学改性工艺相比,离子束改性材料不怕水洗,不怕高温,受环境湿度影响小,抗静电性能具有永久性。
