一、英国的现代学徒制谈到学徒制创新,首先应该关注英国。据英国学徒培训服务中心资料,英国学徒制培训在1980年处于最低点。学校毕业的学生并不能适应岗位需要,或者说能力不能胜任岗位要求。因此被冷落的学徒制培训又引起了政府的高度重视。1980—1990年期间,英国实施职业教育改革,他们在传统学徒制基础上,开始探索适应新的经济技术发展需要的现代学徒制度。1993年,英国政府开展实施现代学徒计划,并选择信息技术、建筑工程、化学工业等14个行业试点,1995年扩展为54个行业,1997年已有72个行业实施现代学徒制度。英国新学徒制的问世,引起包括我们国家在内的世界有关国家的高度关注,也引起了现代学徒制探讨的热潮。(一)国家成立学徒培训指导中心,负责现代学徒制的协调推动
First, the British modern apprentice system Apprentice innovation system, first of all should pay attention to the United Kingdom. According to the British Apprentice Training Service Center, apprenticeship training in Britain was at a low point in 1980. Students graduated from school can not meet the needs of jobs, or that capacity can not be qualified job requirements. Therefore, the neglected apprenticeship training has drawn great attention from the government. During the 1980-1990 period, Britain implemented the vocational education reform. Based on the traditional apprenticeship system, they started to explore the modern apprenticeship system adapted to the new economic and technological development needs. In 1993, the British government conducted a pilot program of modern apprenticeship and selected 14 pilot industries such as information technology, construction engineering and chemical industry. In 1995, the government expanded to 54 industries. In 1997, 72 industries implemented the modern apprenticeship system. The advent of the new apprenticeship system in Great Britain has aroused great concern among the countries in the world, including our own, and it has also aroused the enthusiasm of the modern apprenticeship.
