美国前财政部长约翰·康纳利曾有一句名言:“美元是我们的货币,却是你们的问题。”欠债还钱,天经地义。但如果是国家赖钱呢?如果这个国家还是美国呢?问题马上就复杂了。借钱时是瘪三,借完钱就不是了在中国借钱给美国问题上,各方的关注点是不一样的。比如,美国漫画经常出现类似画面:膀大腰圆的中国债主(有时候就是代表中国的大熊猫)趾高气扬地去敲门,门后是毕恭毕敬的瘪三债主山姆大叔。言外之意:别看美国在全世界昂头挺胸,但在中国面前必须低眉顺目,因为中国是美国的最大债主。
