采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,检测分析槟榔不同器官、不同品种酯酶同工酶谱、酶量、酶带活性和分布状况,结果表明,用PGR-1处理的槟榔酯酶同工酶带数目、着色程度、酶带活性均比对照的显著增多、加深和提高。酶带分为主大酶区,各区出现新酶带比对照的多出11条,带幅从窄变宽,带色由浅变深,带位迁移从慢变快,酶带活性由弱变强,这与用药浓度有一定关系。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to detect and analyze isozyme patterns, enzyme amounts, enzyme activity and distribution of esterase isozymes in different organs and different varieties of betel nut. The results showed that the betellope isoenzyme isozyme bands were treated with PGR-1. The number, degree of staining, and activity of the enzyme bands were significantly increased, deepened, and increased compared to the control. The enzyme bands are divided into major enzyme regions. There are 11 new enzyme bands in each region compared with the control. The band width changes from narrow to wide, and the band color changes from shallow to deep. The band shifts from slow to fast, and the enzyme band activity changes from weak to strong. This has a certain relationship with the drug concentration.
