按照冷冲压拉延模具的冲压工艺过程,利用CAD/CAM对冷冲压拉延模具进行拉延成形模拟分析,这样既压缩了拉延模具的设计周期,又缩短模具的制造周期。本文主要以左右后门外板腰线加强板为例,介绍了冷冲压拉延模具的设计及利用有限元分析软件Autoform对冷冲压拉延模具的成形过程分析,使冲压工艺设计能够满足拉延成形的要求。
According to the stamping process of cold stamping and drawing dies, drawing simulation of cold stamping and drawing dies is carried out by using CAD / CAM, which not only shortens the design cycle of drawing dies but also shortens the manufacturing cycle of the dies.
