经济活动分析是指以项目财务会计资料、统计信息、核算数据,对工程项目施工中的人力、物力、财力的配备和使用情况进行分析研究,对项目取得的经济效益和二次经营成果进行分析研究,以不断寻求有效的利用资源合理地安排施工生产活动,从而提高经济效益的最好途径。尤其是2014年7月份中国中铁股份公司推行项目精细化管理的核心是项目成本管理,而经济活动分析作为加强项目内控成本管理的主要措施显得尤为重要。
