The first domestic use of microcomputers for the management of residential construction projects - “Construction Project Management Information System” passed the technical appraisal on December 28, 1984, and was promoted and applied in Shanghai residential development company. This system is the first domestically developed housing construction management application software package developed by the Shanghai Institute of Housing Management Science and Technology. Its successful research will greatly simplify the statistical workmanship of a residential construction manager and improve the accuracy of data.
