本文报道新的前列环素类似物Cicaprost在过氧化氢(H_2O_2)损伤离体大鼠心脏时对ATP的保护作用。实验取Wistar纯种大鼠25只,按Langen-dorff法制备离体大鼠心脏,随机分5组、正常对照组,用Krebs—Henseleit(KH)溶液恒速灌流心脏70min;H_2O_2损伤组,先用KH液灌流心脏30min后,换含H_2O_2的KH液(31%H_2O_2稀释成0.25mmol·L~(-1))灌流5min,再用正常的KH液继续灌流35min;Cicaprost(277nmol·L~(-1))治疗组,过氧化氢酶(Catalase2mg·L~(-1))、甘露醇
This article reports the protective effect of Cicaprost, a novel prostacyclin analogue, on ATP in isolated rat hearts injured by hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2). Twenty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups according to Langen-dorff method. The rats in the control group were treated with Krebs-Henseleit (KH) solution for 70 min.
