目的探讨前列腺外周带癌内分泌治疗不同时间后癌区和非癌区表观扩散系数(ADC)值的变化情况。方法对经穿刺活检证实为前列腺外周带癌患者10例(对照组)以及11例内分泌治疗时间<6个月、14例内分泌治疗时间>6个月的前列腺外周带癌患者行DWI。依病理结果将前列腺外周带6分区归为癌区和非癌区,测量每个分区的ADC值,并对结果进行比较。结果 (1)对照组、内分泌治疗时间<6个月组癌区和非癌区ADC值比较差异有统计学意义(t=-3.872,P<0.05;t=-3.120,P<0.05);内分泌治疗时间>6个月组癌区与非癌区ADC值差异无统计学意义(t=-0.239,P>0.05)。(2)对照组、内分泌治疗时间<6个月组、内分泌治疗时间>6个月组3组癌区ADC值组内比较差异有统计学意义(F=35.430,P<0.05),组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌治疗后,前列腺外周带癌癌区和非癌区的ADC值会发生变化;随着治疗时间的延长,癌区和非癌区ADC值的变化趋势不同。
Objective To investigate the changes of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values in cancerous and non-cancerous regions at different periods after endocrine treatment of peripheral prostate cancer. Methods DWI was performed in 10 patients with peripheral prostate cancer who were confirmed by biopsy and 11 patients with endocrine therapy <6 months and 14 patients with endocrine therapy> 6 months. According to the pathological results, the peripheral zone of prostate was divided into 6 zones and non-cancer area. The ADC value of each area was measured and the results were compared. Results (1) There was significant difference in ADC value between control group and endocrine treatment time <6 months (t = -3.872, P <0.05; t = -3.120, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in ADC value between cancerous and noncancerous areas for treatment> 6 months (t = -0.239, P> 0.05). (2) In the control group, the endocrine therapy time was less than 6 months, and the endocrine therapy time was> 6 months. There was significant difference in ADC value between the three groups (F = 35.430, P <0.05) The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions After endocrine therapy, the ADC value of the peripheral prostate cancer zone and non-cancer zone will change. With the extension of treatment time, the change trend of ADC value in cancer area and non-cancer area is different.
