Based on the Fowler Nordheim tunneling theory of carrier-to-delta barrier at high field, a carrier transport and recombination luminescence model in a single-layer organic electroluminescent device was established. The electron-hole pairs The probability of dissociation and recombination, the density distribution of electrons and holes, the influence of applied voltage and injection barrier on current and recombination efficiency are calculated and discussed.
