可非(商品名)又名复方磷酸可待因糖浆,是磷酸可待因和盐酸异丙嗪的复方制剂,由沈阳第五制药厂研制并获卫生部批准的西药第三类新药.可非为淡黄色澄清的浓厚液体,带调味的芳香气味,味甜.每100ml中含磷酸可待因0.2g、盐酸异丙嗪0.125g.12岁以上儿童及成人每日服三次,每次5～10ml.本处方中的主要成分磷酸可待因对咳嗽中枢有较强的选择性抑制作用,其次为盐酸异丙嗪具有抗过敏、镇静作用,能延长磷酸可待因的镇咳作用.
Cough (trade name), also known as compound codeine phosphate syrup, codeine phosphate and promethazine hydrochloride compound preparation, developed by the Fifth Pharmaceutical Factory in Shenyang and the Ministry of Health approved the third category of new drugs. The main component of this prescription codeine phosphate has a strong selective inhibition of the cough center, followed by promethazine with anti-allergic, sedative effect, to prolong the antitussive role of codeine phosphate.
