目的探讨军校生情绪调节内隐态度的特点及不同亚社会文化背景对个体情绪调节内隐和外显态度的影响,为军校生情绪调节和心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用情绪调节态度内隐联想测验和情绪调节态度问卷,对54名军校大学生和52名地方大学生的情绪调节内隐态度和外显态度进行测量。结果军校大学生与地方大学生情绪调节的内隐态度IAT差异有统计学意义(F=6.99,P<0.01),军校生更倾向于情绪控制;军校生与地方大学生情绪调节外显态度差异有统计学意义(t=10.21,P<0.01),军校大学生更倾向于情绪控制。军校生情绪调节内隐态度和外显态度的相关系数为0.16,地方生两者之间的相关系数为0.18。结论情绪调节内隐和外显态度易受亚社会文化环境的影响,是两个相互联系又相对独立的心理结构。
Objective To explore the characteristics of the implicit attitudes towards emotional regulation in cadets and the influence of different sub-social cultural backgrounds on the implicit and explicit attitudes of individual emotional regulation, so as to provide evidence for the emotional adjustment and mental health education in military students. Methods Using implicit association test and emotional adjustment attitude questionnaire of emotional adjustment attitude, we measured the implicit attitude and explicit attitude of emotional adjustment of 54 military college students and 52 local college students. Results The IAT of emotional adjustment of military college students and local college students was significantly different (F = 6.99, P <0.01), and that of military students was more likely to be emotion control. There was statistical difference in the explicit attitudes of emotional regulation between military students and local college students Significance (t = 10.21, P <0.01), military college students are more inclined to emotional control. The correlation coefficient between the implicit attitudes and explicit attitudes of the cadets in emotional adjustment was 0.16, and the correlation coefficient between the two was 0.18. Conclusion The emotional and implicit attitudes are easily influenced by the sub-social and cultural environment and are two interrelated and relatively independent psychological structures.
