结合保定职业技术学院开展校企合作、工学结合的现状,分析制约各专业发展的主要问题,提出推进“校企合作、工学结合”的对策及建议:牢固树立“校企合作、工学结合”的办学理念;根据市场需要调整专业,校企合作共同开发课程;校企合作,共建校内外实训基地;适应工学结合的需要改革教学管理体系;建立专兼结合的双师结构师资队伍。
