以17个番茄品种为试材,以抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TY)番茄品种“金鹏8号”和河南省鉴定的番茄新品种“洛番9号”为对照,采用自然传毒接种鉴定法,研究了不同番茄品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗性水平和商品价值,并比较了不同番茄品种的发病率、病情指数,测定了可溶性糖含量、硬度、维生素C含量及产量等指标,以期为番茄新品种在河南省的推广提供理论依据。结果表明:不同品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗性差异显著,有3个免疫品种HB3、HB7、HB8;4个高抗品种HB4、HB6、HB11、HB14;综合产量品质及抗性分析得出,免疫品种HB3及高抗品种HB11抗病性强、品质优、丰产性好,适合在河南及周边省份推广种植。
Seventeen tomato cultivars were used as materials to compare the resistance of Tomato TYV tomato variety Jinpeng 8 with the new tomato variety Luoban 9 in Henan Province. Inoculation identification method was used to study the resistance level and commodity value of different tomato cultivars to tomato yellow curl leaf virus disease. The incidence and disease index of different tomato cultivars were compared, and the content of soluble sugar, hardness, vitamin C Content and yield and other indicators, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of new varieties of tomato in Henan Province. The results showed that there were significant differences in the resistance of different varieties to tomato yellow curl leaf virus disease. There were 3 immunized varieties HB3, HB7 and HB8; 4 high resistant varieties HB4, HB6, HB11 and HB14; The results showed that the immunized variety HB3 and the high resistant variety HB11 had strong disease resistance, good quality and high yield and were suitable for popularizing planting in Henan and surrounding provinces.
