我院于1998年2月~1999年4月对于要求终止孕13周~28周妊娠的健康妇女应用利凡诺配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇法引产,降低了平均住院日,减少了产后并发症,效果良好,现报告如下:1 资料方法1.1 一般资料:100例孕13周~28周要求终止妊娠的健康妇女,年龄17~42岁,平均28.6岁,其中初产妇58例。无内科合并症,用药前常规作血尿常规、出凝血时间、肝肾功能、心电图检查,确定无用药禁忌。随机分为两组,两组在年龄、孕产次、孕周、剖宫产数方面比较,经t检验无显著差异,具有可比性。
