先天性膈疝婴儿的死亡率超过60%。若能产前发现先天性膈疝,并生后立即手术,则将救活许多婴儿,并能正常生活。然而,在宫内准确发现横膈的缺陷还是困难的。羊水中 L/S 比值反映了胎儿肺成熟度。好象患先天性膈疝的胎儿 L/S 比值比正常低,因为先天性膈疝的胎儿肺容量及肺泡和气道的数目大大减少。作者报告了两例羊水 L/S 比值非常低与先天性膈疝有关的胎儿。
Congenital diaphragmatic hernia infant mortality rate of more than 60%. If congenital diaphragmatic hernia can be found prenatally and surgery immediately after birth, many babies will be rescued and can live a normal life. However, accurate findings of defects in the uterus are still difficult. L / S ratio in amniotic fluid reflects fetal lung maturity. It appears that the L / S ratio of the fetus with congenital diaphragmatic hernia is lower than normal because the fetal lung capacity and the number of alveoli and airways in congenital diaphragmatic hernia are greatly reduced. The authors report two fetuses with very low L / S in amniotic fluid associated with congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
