本研究旨在探索中国传统养生体育运动项目中的简化二十四式太极拳与健身气功·八段锦对老年人身体平衡能力的锻炼效果。笔者随机抽取身体素质相近的部分老年人,将其分为太极拳组和八段锦组,并测试练习前后的平衡能力指标,并进行对比分析。研究结果表明:简化二十四式太极拳对老年人平衡能力的提升比健身气功·八段锦更显著。
The aim of this study is to explore the effect of simplified 24-form Taijiquan and Qigong · Baduanjin on the physical balance ability of the elderly in Chinese traditional health-preserving sports. The author randomly selected part of the elderly with similar physical fitness, divided into Taijiquan group and Baduanjin group, and test the balance before and after practice indicators, and comparative analysis. The results show that: Simplified twenty-four style Taijiquan enhance the balance ability of the elderly than the Health Qigong · Baduanjin more significant.
