国家对基础建设投资力度的加大以及国民经济的迅速发展,给我国的建筑企业带来了蓬勃生机,要将这些发展机遇和热潮正确引导必须以科学的发展观为引导,其中党组织建设尤为重要,在全面推进中国特色社会主义建设的新时期,学习型党组织建设被提上日程。本文从学习型党组织的科学内涵和建筑企业学习型党组织建设的意义出发,提出了一些建筑企业的学习型党组织建设创新策略。
The increasing investment by the state in infrastructure and the rapid development of the national economy have brought vigorous vitality to the construction enterprises in our country. Guiding these development opportunities and ups and downs must be guided by the scientific concept of development, in which the construction of party organizations is particularly important Importantly, in the new period of comprehensively promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of learning party organizations has been put on the agenda. Based on the scientific connotation of learning party organizations and the significance of constructing learning party organizations in construction enterprises, this paper puts forward some innovative strategies for building learning party organizations in construction enterprises.
