学生干部群体在任何学校之中都是重要且不可替代的协助管理组织,其一直都是将学校与学生两者之间密切联系起来的非常重要的枢纽人物,在高职院校之中也是如此。通过加强对学生干部的管理,从而达到促进高职院校、学生个体的多方面的、良性的发展。本文从高职院校学生干部的培养对象、目标,以及高职院校目前学会生干部的培养现状入手,分析高职院校在进行学生干部的培养过程中遇到的困难,即培养过程中遇到的问题、学生自身主观方面的影响因素。并根据实际情况结合高职院校对学生干部创新培养模式进行探究,探究结果希望能对高职院校对于学生干部的培养工作有所助益。
