水保〔2012〕46号各流域机构,各省、自治区、直辖市水利(水务)厅(局),各计划单列市水利(水务)局,新疆生产建设兵团水利局,各有关单位:根据水利部《关于开展第四批水土保持科技示范园区申报活动的通知》(水保函〔2011〕4号)要求,各地积极开展了创建和申报工作。经研究,现将建设达标、评审合格的河北省易县清西陵水土保持科技示范园等17个园区命名为“国家水土保持科技示范园区”(名单见附件)。
Water Resources (Water Affairs) Office (bureau) of all basin agencies, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, water conservancy (water affairs) bureaus of various cities under separate state planning, water conservancy bureaus of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and all relevant units: According to the “ On the fourth batch of soil and water conservation science and technology demonstration park to declare activities ”(Shui Bao Han [2011] No. 4) requirements, all localities to actively carry out the creation and declaration. After the study, 17 parks including 17 construction sites that meet the standards and are accredited for accreditation are named “National Science and Technology Demonstration Garden of Soil and Water Conservation” (list attached).
