针对采煤机摇臂用浮动油封达不到预期使用寿命的问题,通过研究橡胶圈在浮动油封中的作用及其实现原理,得知DO型浮动油封更能适应采煤机摇臂的工况。对DO型浮动油封材质进行对比试验,结果表明,配合金铸铁浮封环与氟橡胶材质橡胶圈的DO浮动油封在采煤机摇臂上的使用性能较好,德国某厂家生产的DO型浮动油封性能可靠,质量稳定。
In view of the problem that the floating oil seal of the shearer arm can not reach the expected service life, by studying the role of the rubber ring in the floating oil seal and its realization principle, it is found that the DO type floating oil seal can better adapt to the working condition of the shearer arm . DO type floating oil seal material comparison test results show that with the gold cast iron floating ring and the fluorine rubber rubber ring DO floating oil seal on the shearer rocker arm performance is better, a German manufacturer of DO-type floating Oil seal reliable performance, quality and stability.
