随着工程量清单报价体制的实施和市场经济体制改革的推进,建筑施工企业面临着更激烈的市场竞争。本文通过对施工企业成本管理现状的分析,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
With the implementation of the bill of quantities quotation system and the promotion of market economy system reform, construction enterprises are facing more intense market competition. This article analyzes the status quo of cost management in construction enterprises, points out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
