目的:通过对糖尿病足患者进行胰岛素清洗加湿润烧伤膏用于治疗糖尿病足的应用效果观察,以达到促进创面愈合,减少手术的目的。方法:选取2014年1至2015年12月期间我院22例糖尿病足患者,随机均分为干预组和对照组,干预组对其创面采用胰岛素清洗加湿润烧伤膏进行治疗及护理,观察其疗效。结果:干预组患者治愈率81.81%,好转率18.19%,有效率100%。结论:胰岛素清洗加湿润烧伤膏对糖尿病足创面既有良好保护作用,又能改善创面微循环,加速促进溃疡愈合,提高治愈率。值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of insulin-cleaning and moisturizing MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot in patients with diabetic foot so as to promote the wound healing and reduce the operation. Methods: Twenty-two patients with diabetic foot from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was treated with insulin-cleaning moisturizing burn wound cream and nursing, and the therapeutic effect was observed . Results: The cure rate of the intervention group was 81.81%, improvement rate was 18.19%, and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Insulin cleaning moisturizing MEBO has both good protective effects on diabetic foot wounds, but also can improve wound microcirculation, accelerate the healing of ulcers and improve the cure rate. Worth clinical promotion.
