8月6日至7日,全国城市报警与监控系统建设经验交流暨农村技防工作现场会在河南郑州召开。会议提出,要将科技创安的触角延伸到农村,积极探索和加强农村技防体系建设,初步形成以农村派出所和警务室为依托,多部门、多警种联动,群众积极广泛参与的农村技防工作新格局,构建以技防为支撑,人防、技防、物防互补的新型治安防控体系。近些年来,河南省政府高度重视农村技防工作,在有条件的农村地区逐步推行技术防范措施,初步建立起了具有河南特色的农村技防体系。此次会议期间,《中国安防》记者就河南农村技防体系建设的现状与发展方向,专门采访了河南省公安厅科技处处长王锡崇。
