A new composite cavity mirror structure is proposed, which can effectively reduce the thermal distortion by utilizing the advantages of silicon mirror (molybdenum mirror) and copper mirror to avoid their shortcomings. Molybdenum, copper composite mirror and silicon mirror made a comparative experiment. Experimental results show that the thermal distortion of molybdenum and copper composite mirrors is about half smaller than that of silicon mirrors
