语言是人类最重要的交际工具,因此,人们常说“语言就是力量”。而公关语言艺术则比一般语言表达更胜一筹,是领导干部须臾离不开的传播、沟通工具。凡是掌握了公关语言艺术的领导干部,都能在交际场合迅速与公众建立友好关系,并善于保持这种关系;在正常的活动中能运用政务公关语言艺术制造融洽的气氛促进宾主间的交流;在特殊的情况下,能沉着自如,体面地摆脱困境和应付尴尬局面,从而给人们留下美好的印象。因此,各级党政领导干部都要努力掌握和运用公关语言艺术。
Language is the most important human communication tool, therefore, people often say “language is power ”. The PR language art is better than the average language expression, leading cadres can not be separated communication, communication tools. All leading cadres who have mastered the art of public relations language can quickly establish friendly relations with the public in communicative situations and be good at maintaining such relations. In normal activities, they can use the language of government affairs PR to create a harmonious atmosphere and promote the exchange of ideas among guests. Under special circumstances, people can make a beautiful impression that they can calmly and gracefully get out of their predicament and face up to embarrassment. Therefore, party and government leading cadres at all levels must strive to grasp and apply the PR language arts.
