天津建筑设计院研制成功一种新型空间结构,它的主要特点是:在现场地坪上整体一次预制平板,通过其形心预留放射式直线通缝,环向钢筋过缝连续配置,隔缝设置吊钩,运用滑轮吊索系数一次提升成型,使平板自然折迭拱起,施加环向拉杆约束,便可获得空间结构。它集中了空间结构受力合理、用料经济和平面结构施工简便易于建造的优点。通过模型试验和试压结果表明:该结构具有良好的受力性能和较高的安全可靠度。中间试验工程
Tianjin Institute of Architectural Design has successfully developed a new type of space structure. Its main features are: prefabricated flat slabs on the floor at the scene, reserved radial straight seams through its centroids, and continuous configuration of circumferential reinforcement over seams. Set the hook and use the lifting factor of the pulley to raise the shape once, so that the flat plate is naturally folded and arched, and the ring rod is restrained to obtain the space structure.
