目的了解高校教师职业倦怠及影响因素。方法采用工作倦怠问卷及社会支持量表对280名高校教师进行调查。结果高校教师职业倦怠者179人,占73.1%,其中轻度倦怠者占43.3%,中度倦怠者占25.7%,重度倦怠者占4.1%。多因素分析显示,工作类型、上司支持和家人支持是高校教师职业倦怠的影响因素。结论高校教师存在一定程度的职业倦怠现象,必须根据相关因素积极采取干预措施。
Objective To understand the job burnout of university teachers and its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire of job burnout and social support questionnaire were used to investigate 280 university teachers. Results 179 college occupational burnout workers, accounting for 73.1%, of which 43.3% were mild burnout, moderate burnout accounted for 25.7%, severe burnout accounted for 4.1%. Multivariate analysis showed that job type, boss support and family support were the influencing factors of college teachers’ job burnout. Conclusion There is a certain degree of burnout among college teachers. Interventions must be actively taken according to relevant factors.
