我国仍处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,以及我国经济体制改革发展状况决定了我国现阶段资本市场的特征。五年来,我国资本市场发生了转折性的变化,但“新兴加转轨”的基本阶段性特征没有发生根本性的变化。大力发展多层次资本市场,是贯彻十七大关于“优化资本市场结构,多渠道提高直接融资比重”重要论述的必然选择。
The basic national conditions that our country is still in and will be in the primary stage of socialism for a long time and the reform and development of the economic system in our country determine the characteristics of the capital market in our country at this stage. In the past five years, there has been a turning point in the capital market in our country. However, the basic characteristics of the stage of “emerging plus transition” have not changed fundamentally. Vigorously developing a multi-level capital market is an inevitable choice for carrying out the important opinions of the 17th CPC National Congress on “optimizing the structure of the capital market and raising the direct financing ratio through multiple channels.”
