The 3rd China-Japan Seminar on Talents Cultivation organized by the Sino-Japanese Talent Collaboration Executive Committee was held on December 5, 2002 in Beijing New Century Hotel. The conference conducted a special seminar on “Training of Senior Skilled Talents.” Attendance by the Chinese side includes members of the CPPCC National Committee, president Lin Yongsan of the Chinese Association of Staff Education and Vocational Training, and Zhang Yali, deputy director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Chinese Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
