利用浊点萃取技术,选择Triton X-114为萃取剂建立萃取体系,与紫外可见分光光度法联用分析检测芦丁。与传统的药物分析法相比较,该方法具有绿色环保、溶剂用量少、操作简便、快速准确等特点,能更好的检测低含量样品中芦丁的含量,实验中测定了不同药物中芦丁的含量,实验结果令人满意,其加标回收率在98.6%~99.8%之间,其精密度值小于3%,该方法检出限低、重现性好、操作简便、快速准确,是一种实用的用于药物样品前处理的分析方法。
Cloud point extraction was used to select extraction system of Triton X-114 as extraction solvent and rutin was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Compared with the traditional method of drug analysis, the method has the advantages of environmental friendliness, less solvent usage, simple and convenient operation, rapid and accurate detection, and the method can better detect the content of rutin in the low-content sample.
