白术又名于冬术、浙术、山精等,为菊科植物。以根茎入药,有健脾、燥湿、行水、安胎等作用,是一种用途十分广泛的名贵中药材。在国际市场上比较奇缺,农村中种植白术,是一项成本低、经济效益高、生产周期短、销路畅的致富门路。白术一般亩产干白术500斤左右,高者达700斤,种一亩地能收入3,000—4,000元以上。我是一个白术种植专业户,根据我的实践经验现将白术的栽培技术简介如下: 一、选地整地白术育苗地以选择生荒地或禾本科植物茬为最好。土地要求平整,翻土3—4寸深,做成2.5尺宽的畦,略呈弧形,中间高、四周低,沟深5—6寸。定植地选择疏松的砂壤土,在12月左右开始整地,晒垡半月。整地深度比育苗地深些,以减轻病虫危害。然后做成3.6尺宽的畦。
