将动态矩阵控制应用于工业电弧炉电极调节系统中。针对三相电弧炉电极调节系统,建立了动态矩阵控制器,给出了详尽的设计方法。先设计工业电弧炉的预测控制模型,通过在线滚动优化得到电弧炉电极调节系统模型的最优控制律。通过反馈校正减小预测误差,得到系统的最优输出。仿真结果表明:动态矩阵控制算法能有效增强电极调节系统的抗干扰能力,使系统具有较好的动态性能。
The application of dynamic matrix control in industrial arc furnace electrode adjustment system. For the three-phase electric arc furnace electrode conditioning system, the establishment of a dynamic matrix controller, gives a detailed design method. First, the predictive control model of industrial electric arc furnace is designed, and the optimal control law of electric arc furnace electrode control system model is obtained through on-line rolling optimization. By feedback correction to reduce the prediction error, get the optimal output of the system. The simulation results show that the dynamic matrix control algorithm can effectively enhance the anti-interference ability of the electrode adjustment system and make the system have better dynamic performance.
