本文以机床振动理论为依据,探讨了内圆磨床的振动特性。通过对M2120内圆磨床的空运转试验和动态特性试验,确定了机床的受迫振源和机床系统的各阶固有频率;计算了机床主振型的动态特性参数和机床品质系数;并通过模态分析找出机床结构的薄弱环节。根据5台M2120内圆磨床的试验结果,经过统计推断,得出机床动刚度和品质系数的平均数和均方差的估计值。
Based on the vibration theory of machine tool, this paper discusses the vibration characteristics of the internal grinder. Through the air-running test and dynamic characteristic test of M2120 internal grinder, the natural frequency of each step of the machine tool’s forced vibration source and machine tool system was determined. The dynamic characteristic parameters and the machine tool quality coefficient of the main machine vibration mode were calculated. State analysis to find the weak links in the machine tool structure. According to the test results of 5 M2120 internal grinders, the average of the dynamic stiffness and quality coefficient of the machine tool and the estimation of the mean square error are obtained through statistical inference.
