目的研究白藜芦醇抗蛋白质非酶糖基化和抗氧化活性。方法以儿茶素为对照,利用AGEs抑制剂体外筛选模型及抗氧化体外试验模型,对白藜芦醇的活性进行评价。结果白藜芦醇具有良好的抗蛋白质非酶糖基化和抗氧化活性,且具有剂量依赖性,抗蛋白质非酶糖基化作用优于儿茶素,抗氧化作用略差。结论本试验提示白藜芦醇在与糖基化或氧化作用密切相关的一些疾病的预防和治疗中具有潜在的应用价值,值得进一步研究开发。
Objective To investigate the non-enzymatic glycosylation and anti-oxidant activities of resveratrol. Methods Using catesin as the control, the in vitro screening model of AGEs inhibitors and the in vitro antioxidant test model were used to evaluate the activity of resveratrol. Results Resveratrol had good anti-protein non-enzymatic glycosylation and antioxidant activity, and it was dose-dependent. The anti-protein non-enzymatic glycosylation was better than catechin, and the antioxidant activity was slightly poor. Conclusion This study suggests that resveratrol has potential application value in the prevention and treatment of some diseases closely related to glycosylation or oxidation and is worthy of further research and development.
