建立农村社会养老保险制度,是我国社会保障体系建设的重要组成部分,是发展社会主义市场经济的必然要求,是解决农民老有所养、发展农村安定团结大好形势的重要措施。十几年来,在国务院和各级政府的领导下,对在农村建立养老保险制度进行了积极探索和新的尝试,收到了明显的成效。农村社会养老保险,已成为保障农民老年基本生活目标的重要组成部分。
The establishment of a rural social endowment insurance system is an important part of the construction of China’s social security system and an inevitable requirement for the development of a socialist market economy. It is also an important measure to solve the peasant’s old affair and the excellent situation of developing rural stability and unity. Over the past decade and more, under the leadership of the State Council and governments at all levels, active exploration and new attempts have been made to establish an endowment insurance system in rural areas, and remarkable results have been received. Rural social endowment insurance has become an important part of ensuring the peasants’ basic living goals.
