据人民日报7月15日公布我校强度研究所周惠久教授、王笑天教授、黎永钧副教授、金达曾高级工程师、罗启富副教授、杨平生等同志主要完成的“低碳马氏体的应用基础及开发技术”荣获1987车度国家级科技进步壹等奖.该项目在材料科学中有重要理论价值,在机械和工程建设中有巨大实用价值和普遍指导意义.近20年来,该项技术已在各个机械制造部门几百种零部件上累计获得经济效益达3亿多元,1980年以来年经济效益已达4千多万元.
