随着医疗制度改革的不断深入,医学模式也实现了从“以疾病为中心”到“以病人为中心”,从“看病”到“看病人”等一系列的重大突破,传统的医院管理重在医疗技术水平的提高,而对于医疗责任制却不十分明确。本文作者根据医院的实践,对主诊医生负责制这种全新的医院经营管理模式从具体实施到实施后的效果等方面进行了分析。
