随着互联网以及各种社交软件的出现,新媒体在近些年取得了飞速的发展,其在丰富人们生活的同时也给传统的电视媒体造成了巨大的冲击。虽然新媒体的发展给电视媒体带来了压力,但这也为电视媒体的发展提供了一种全新的道路,电视媒体可以与新媒体进行有机融合共同发展。缺少全面人才、管理方式不一致都是阻碍二者融合的主要问题,下面我就对此展开讨论。
With the advent of the Internet and various social softwares, the new media has achieved rapid growth in recent years, enriching people’s lives and causing tremendous impact on the traditional television media. Although the development of new media has brought pressure on the television media, this also provides a brand-new way for the development of the television media. The television media can be organically integrated with the new media for common development. Lack of full-fledged talent and management inconsistencies are all major issues that hinder their integration, and I will start the discussion below.
