职工是企业的主体,是改革开放和发展市场经济的生力军。但是,从目前职工素质来看,还远远不能适应。如何进一步加强和改进职工教育工作,加强职业培训是摆在企业党政工面前的一个重大课题。笔者认为,改进职工教育,加强职业培训要以建设“四有”职工队伍为目标,必须注重质量,讲求实效,坚持“五性”。 Staff and workers are the main body of the enterprise, and are the new force in reform and opening up and the development of a market economy. However, judging from the current quality of staff and workers, it is far from being able to adapt. How to further strengthen and improve staff education and to strengthen vocational training is an important issue before party and government workers in enterprises. In my opinion, to improve staff education and strengthen vocational training, we must aim at building a contingent of “four” staff members, and we must pay attention to quality, stress practical results and adhere to the “five qualities.”
