事由:特将暂行海关法审查会议纪录摘要令知照办兹将中华人民共和国暂行海关法审查会议纪录,摘要令知如下:一、法内各篇各章一般的规定与特殊的规定,有详略之分,如有疑义时,依特殊的规定。二、按照本法第二十二条的规定,车站供给海关必需的办公处所时,海关应否负担费用,由铁道部会同海关总署协商后,报请政务院财政经济委员会核定。
Subject: Tentative Provisional Customs Law Review Conference Proceedings Summary The Office of the Supreme People’s Republic of China hereby proclaims the record of the Provisional Customs Law Review Conference, the summary of which is as follows: I. General provisions and special provisions in the various chapters of the French Law, The points, if any doubt, according to special provisions. 2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of this Law, when the station supplies the necessary office space to the Customs, the Customs shall afford the expenses borne by the Customs. After consultation with the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Railways shall report to the Financial and Economic Committee of the State Council for approval.
